Dust sensors are mainly used in solar power plants in photovoltaic arrays, installed on the frame of photovoltaic panels. By continuously measuring the transmission loss caused by pollutants on the glass, the reduction of sunlight reaching the solar modules is calculated.

6. Continuous multi-frequency modulation light can effectively ensure high-precision dust data detection, and effectively prevent the interference of solar light or other interference light sources on the collected data.
7. The dust monitoring system operates continuously 24/7, unaffected by day or night. Unlike conventional systems using passive radiation meters, our active light-emitting detection method ensures reliable performance even in complete darkness, delivering accurate readings at night when sunlight is unavailable.
8. Easy to install and suitable for different panel thicknesses.
9. With an installation angle output feature, this component maintains the same installation angle as the solar panel. It accurately reflects the solar panel's installation angle and provides real-time feedback to maintenance personnel, enabling them to verify the appropriateness of the installation angle. Additionally, it monitors dust accumulation in the dust monitoring system in real time. If dust is detected, the system promptly alerts maintenance personnel to perform necessary maintenance.
10. GPS positioning function, which can provide operation and maintenance personnel with the locations information of the power station. (Optional function)
11. The system can output time (this feature is only available with external GPS), which can be used as a dust monitoring all-in-one machine. With timestamp, it is convenient for customers to track pollution trends based on time.
12. The system supports external connection of a rear temperature sensor, enabling direct data collection via the dust monitoring system and transmission to the host computer through RS485 communication. This configuration reduces the need for additional rear temperature cables, allowing localized data collection for on-site construction convenience. (Optional feature)
13. It has the function of temperature compensation, which can ensure the accuracy of the measured value under different ambient temperature.
